Terms & Conditions
 

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by AheadMotion (“the Studio,” “we,” or “us”). By hiring us for any project, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms.

1. Payments & Deposits

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final files.

  • Work will not be released until full payment is received.

  • Payments delayed more than two weeks will be subject to an additional fee of %15


2. Preview Files & Watermarks

  • During the working process, all previews, drafts, and review versions will include a watermark or other protective markings.

  • Final, watermark-free files will be delivered only after full payment is completed.


3. Client-Provided Materials

  • All original content (images, footage, logos, etc.) must be provided in high-resolution.

  • Content sent via WhatsApp is often compressed and lower-resolution, and may affect the final quality.

  • If higher-quality replacements are provided later and require re-editing, this will be billed as an additional service at the rate of $45 per hour.


4. Revisions Policy

  • Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the included rounds will be charged at $45/150 shekels per hour (or the equivalent hourly rate agreed upon in writing).

  • Substantial changes to the original brief may require additional fees.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review all drafts and previews. Any mistakes or issues identified after final delivery of the files will be the client’s responsibility and may require additional charges to correct.


5. Usage, Privacy & Portfolio Rights

  • We do not share your private materials with any third party.

  • However, we reserve the right to display the final project (or parts of it) in our portfolio or website
    unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

  • If the Client requests full confidentiality (NDA-style), we will honor it.

  • AheadMotion retains full ownership of all editable project files, including but not limited to After Effects files, Premiere timelines, layered assets, and any internal working materials. These source files are not provided as part of any project delivery.


6. Licensing & Content Permissions

  • All content we create or provide (motion graphics, assets, AI creations, stock elements, etc.) is sourced from materials permitted for commercial use, unless otherwise noted.

  • If the Client provides content that is restricted or copyrighted, the Client is responsible for confirming all necessary permissions.


7. Project Delivery

  • Final files will be delivered in the formats agreed upon at the beginning of the project, via google drive.

  • The Studio is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by outdated or unsupported software/hardware on the Client’s side.

 

8. Cancellations

  • The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable.

  • If the Client cancels a project after work has begun, the Client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to that point.


9. Communication & Deadlines

  • Deadlines will be agreed upon at the start of the project.

  • Delays caused by the Client (late feedback, missing materials, etc.) may extend delivery dates.


10. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning any project, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
